| |  Bank of England - Further Base rate reduction to an historic low of 1.00%!!!!!!!
Please note that as from the 3rd February 2009, the bank of England base rate has reduced another 0.50% from 1.50% to 1.00%.
This is the lowest Bank of England Base rate since records began!
This the 9th consecutive reduction since the recent highest peak of 5.75% in July 2007.
The Bank of England Base rate has reduced a massive 3.5% since October 2008!
